[Exclusive]: CAM sees two Partner exits: Ashish Jejurkar in Bom, Anshuman Jaiswal in Hyd

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas’ Mumbai Corporate Partner Ashish Jejurkar, and Hyderabad Partner Anshuman Jaiswal have resigned from the firm, confirmed Cyril Shroff.

Ashish is moving to Japan with his family while Anshuman is moving in-house with Greenko, a company that also happens to be a client of the firm.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner Cyril Shroff commented,

“Both moves are with our utmost support and goodwill.”

Ashish is part of General Corporate team with focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (including Public M&A), Private Equity, Regulatory and Restructuring. Ashish completed his LLM from the University of Mumbai, and is also a qualified solicitor. 

Anshuman had recently moved back to Hyderabad, where he was heading the office following the exit of Rahul Sarella. A 2003 graduate of NALSAR University, Anshuman has been at the firm for the past thirteen years.
