Vice-President and Senior Counsel of Diageo India Ishita Kapur has moved to RoundGlass, a company focusing on holistic wellbeing. Kapur will join RoundGlass as General Counsel and Head of Compliance.

Kapur joined Diageo in 2014, when it acquired Vijay Mallya’s spirits empire. She was reporting to General Cousel Mamta Sundara.

As Vice-President and Senior Counsel of Diageo India, Kapur sat on the Diageo India Leadership Team. She has also served as a Director for a subsidiary of the company.

Kapur is a 2007 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune. She worked at the Delhi office of Amarchand Mangaldas for over seven years, before taking up an in-house role at Diageo India.

Nischal Hindia, who was the Legal Director at Diageo India, had left the organisation in 2018 and joined GlaxoSmithKline India as General Counsel.
