Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas acts on acquisition of Pathways School Gurgaon by Lighthouse Learning

PRJ Ventures Private Limited, operating the Pathways School Gurgaon (now PSG-Clifton International School), has sold off 100% of the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital to Lighthouse Learning Private Limited.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised PRJ Ventures and its shareholders on this transaction.

The transaction was led by Sadia Khan (Partner), with support from Ankit Goel (Counsel) and Talin Bhardwaj (Associate). 

The due diligence team was led by Khan, along with Ankit Goel, and consisted Shaurya Jakher (Senior Associate), Associates Priscilla V., Bhakti Rathi and Barkha Singh; and Anubhav Anand (Manager, Compliance).
