Former CAM Corporate Partner Harsh Kumar joins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas

Harsh Kumar, who had resigned from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in September this year, has today joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

Harsh was on a 3-month notice period, which also included gardening leave.

He will be part of Shardul Amarchand’s corporate team in Delhi. Harsh focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions. He also advises clients on general corporate & commercial matters.

A graduate of NUJS, Kolkata, Harsh started his career with Amarchand Mangaldas in 2005. Later in 2007, he joined Herbert Smith Freehills and worked there for over a year, after which he joined AZB & Partners. After spending over a year at AZB, he joined Khaitan & Co in August 2009. He was made Associate Partner at Khaitan in 2014.

In 2015, he left Khaitan to join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner, where he was part of the firm’s corporate practice group,

Harsh focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions. He also advises clients on general corporate & commercial matters.
