2 HSA Equity Partners+1 Associate Partner leave to set up Regulatory Practice

HSA Equity Partners Sakya Singha Chaudhuri and Avijeet Lala and

Associate Partner Anand Shrivastava along with some team members have left the firm to set up a niche regulatory and policy practice.

The new firm will be called “Neeti Niyaman”. It is understood that two Senior Associates Shikha Pandey and Molshree Bhatnagar will also be moving with Sakya Chaudhuri.

HSA Managing Partner, Amitabh Sharma said, “I wish him Godspeed and all the very best for his new venture.”

Sakya Singha Chaudhuri had joined HSA Advocates in August 2014, prior to which he was working at Trilegal. He was part of the firm’s Infrastructure, Projects and Regulatory team.

Avijeet Lala was recently made equity partner at the firm.
