Jones Day Partner, Manoj Bhargava resigns for possible move to Sidley Austin

Jones Day Capital Markets Partner Manoj Bhargava has resigned from the firm. As per our sources, Bhargava is likely to join Sidley Austin.

Bhargava was not available for comment at the time of publishing the story.

Bhargava moved to the US in 1996 to pursue LL.M. at the New York University School of Law.

He joined Debevoise & Plimpton in New York in 1997 where he worked till 2007 after which he moved to Jones Day as an associate. In 2010, he was promoted to partnership.
