J. Sagar Associates’ Principal Associate Shahen Pradhan has joined HSA Advocates as Associate Partner in the Mumbai office. Shahen will be part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.
Shahen’s core area of practice is Dispute Resolution and includes Litigation and Arbitration in diverse areas of Corporate Commercial, Mining, and Transportation related disputes.
During his tenure at JSA, he was on secondment for a year with Slaughter and May in London. He has also worked in the chambers of A.K. Abhyankar.
