Juris Corp’s Aninda Pal joins HSA Advocates

Aninda Pal, who has recently resigned from Juris Corp, is joining HSA Advocates as a Partner. He will be based out of the firm’s Mumbai office, according to the HSA press note.

Pal, who is a 2005 graduate from Symbiosis Law School, started his career at Gagrat & Co, after which he joined Trilegal in 2007. In December last year, he moved to Juris Corp.

Aninda has over a decade of legal experience and specialises in mergers & acquisitions (in-bound and out-bound), private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, regulatory advisory and general corporate.

HSA Advocates has recently changed its management structure; Khaitan’s Amitabh Sharma has taken over as Managing Partner of HSA from Hemant Sahai. The firm has also opened an office in Bangalore.

HSA now has a collegium of 22 Partners and Associate Partners, with offices across Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru.
