K Law has promoted two Senior Associates, Karthik Somasundram and Gaurav Shrawat to Associate Partner level in Mumbai.

Karthik is part of the Dispute Resolution team and specializes in commercial and civil litigation. He has been with the firm since 2011.

Gaurav, a graduate of ILS Pune, joined the firm in 2012. He is part of the Corporate team, and specializes in PE/VC, Capital Markets and M&A. He has previously worked with Udwadia & Udeshi (now UUArgus) and Amarchand Mangaldas.

Last year, K Law had promoted Priamvada Princeton and Abhinav Singh to Associate Partner level in its Bangalore office.

With this round of promotions, the firm has 7 Associate Partners across all offices.
