With Madhu Khatri’s exit, Keshav Dhakad joins Microsoft India as General Counsel

Keshav Dhakad, the Regional Director of Microsoft Digital Crimes Unit for the Asia Region, is moving back to India to take up the role of General Counsel at Microsoft India.

Keshav will replace Associate General Counsel Madhu Khatri, who has recently left the organisation after spending about seven years at Microsoft.

Prior to joining Microsoft Asia in 2012, Keshav was the Director and Head of IP  Department at Microsoft India.

Prior to that, Keshav was a Partner at Delhi-based IP law firm, Anand & Anand.

Keshav is a graduate of Campus Law Center, Delhi University and also holds an LL.M. from Franklin Pierce Law Center, USA. He is also a licensed attorney for the State of New York since 2003.
