Khaitan & Co. has boosted its Real Estate practice in Bangalore with the hiring of Prakruthi Legal Partners’ Sudheer Madamaiah and Pavithra BT. Sudheer will join as a Partner, while Pavithra will join as a Counsel.

Prakruthi Legal was founded by Sudheer and Pavithra. Prior to that, Sudheer was legal counsel at Century Real Estate Holdings for three years. He has also worked at Wadia Ghandy & Co, Thiru & Thiru, and Mantri Group.

He graduated from JSS Law College, Mysore in 2005 and has over a decade of experience in the real estate, construction and environment space.

Pavithra has also previously worked at Century Real Estate Holdings and Wadia Ghandy & Co. She is a 2003 graduate of SDM Law College, Mangalore. With over a decade of experience in the real estate space, she routinely advises clients on property transactions including development agreements, lease deeds, RERA and property-related disputes.
