Link Legal promotes Samantha Fernandes D’Souza as Associate Partner. Samantha is part of the Firm’s Banking and Finance team.

Samantha Fernandes D’Souza started her career with Link Legal India Law Services and has been with the firm since 2010.

She has extensive experience in advising various banks and financial institutions and leading corporate houses on a wide range of banking and finance transactions including syndicated finance, debt restructuring, NCD issuances, cross-border financing, working capital, and corporate loans.
