Ch. Mohd. Sharief Tariq, Member (Judicial), National Company Law Tribunal passed away today.

He was presently posted at the New Delhi Bench of NCLT.

Expressing its heartfelt condolences, the NCLT & AT Bar Association in its message said,

"His sad demise is a great loss to the justice delivery system. His valuable contributions in the field of law and as an Hon'ble Member of NCLT will always be cherished."

Ch. Mohd. Sharief Tariq was appointed as a judicial member at NCLT in 2016.

All Benches of NCLT will have their separate condolence meetings at 10:30 am tomorrow before holding their respective courts.
