Complete resumption of physical hearing in Delhi High Court, district courts from November 22

Courts will allow hybrid hearings or hearings through video conferencing on the request of any party or their counsel.

There will be complete resumption of physical hearings in the Delhi High Court and in Delhi District Courts with effect from November 22, 2021.

A public notice issued by the Registrar General of Delhi High Court said that the Full Court of the High Court has decided that the existing mechanism of limited physical hearings will continue in the Delhi High Court till November 18 and in Delhi District Courts till November 20.

As per the notice, Courts will allow hybrid hearings or hearings through video conferencing on the request of any party or their counsel.
