L&L (Luthra) Corporate Partner Amit Shetye leaves for Infra Investment Fund GIP

L&L Partners (formerly Luthra & Luthra) Corporate Partner Amit Shetye has resigned and is joining a leading infrastructure investment fund, Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP).

Confirming the development, L&L Senior Partner Mohit Saraf said,

“GIP is a long-standing client of the Firm and Amit has been working with them for a while. GIP expressed their desire to work with Amit on a full-time basis. We could not say no! We wish him all the best!”

Shetye had joined Luthra from ICICI Bank in 2007. He was made Partner in April 2013. Shetye focuses on M&A, Private Equity and General Corporate practice.

He is a 2005 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune.
