Shardul Amarchand’s Lit Partner Akhil Anand rejoins Luthra

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Litigation Partner Akhil Anand, has re-joined Luthra & Luthra as a Litigation Partner.

Akhil graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2003. He is also an Advocate on Record. He has an extensive experience of over 13 years and has handled matters relating to Information Technology Act, apart from Companies Act, Arbitration Act, and Criminal Laws.

Akhil was made Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas in 2016. Prior to Shardul Amarchand, he was heading the Litigation practice at Poovayya & Co.’s Delhi office. Akhil had started his career as an Associate in Luthra & Luthra Law Offices.

On his joining, Founder & Managing Partner, Rajiv K Luthra said,
