Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Partners, Vidyut Gulati & Anubhuti Agrawal resign to move in-house

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Partners, Vidyut Gulati and Anubhuti Agrawal have resigned from the firm to take up in-house positions. Anubhuti will be joining Hilton as Counsel – Development and Operations, India.

SAM & Co Managing Partner Pallavi Shroff confirmed Vidyut and Anubhuti’s resignations. Shroff said, “Both are moving in-house and we wish them all the very best.”

Vidyut joined the firm in 2006 prior to which she was working with Dua Associates. A graduate of Campus Law Centre, Vidyut worked in the Projects team and was made partner in 2012.

Anubhuti Agrawal

Anubhuti, a graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore, started her career at Amarchand Mangaldas where she worked in the firm’s corporate practice group. She also holds an LL.M. from University College London, and was made Partner in 2013

The departures are the third of its kind in recent times; in May this year Principal Associate Ramanuj Gopalan joined SAIF Partners as General Counsel.
