Singh & Singh Lall & Sethi makes 3 Associate Partners

Singh & Singh Lall & Sethi has recently promoted three of its lawyers, Ashutosh Kumar, Archana Sahadeva, and Upender Thakur to the position of Associate Partner.

Ashutosh joined Singh & Singh in 2012 and focuses on Patents and Competition Law practice. He is a graduate of Bhartiya Vidya Peeth and also holds an LL.M. from University College London.

Archana is a graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore. She started her career with Singh & Singh in 2007. In 2012, she moved to Amarchand Mangaldas for a brief period, rejoining Singh & Singh in 2013. She is also an Advocate-on-Record and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Laws from NLSIU, Bangalore.

Upender is a graduate of Campus Law Centre. He joined Singh & Singh in 2012., where he focuses on the firm’s Telecom and Broadcasting practice.

The firm has also promoted four of its Associates to Senior Associate level – Jaya Mandelia, Ali Areeb Zaidi, Manika Arora and Kapil Midha.

Last April, the boutique IP firm Lall & Sethi had merged Singh & Singh to form the nine-Partner strong Singh & Singh Lall & Sethi.
