SNG & Partners has recently promoted Senior Associate Rahul Sud to Associate Partner level and Senior Associate Devyani Dhawan to Principal Associate in its Delhi office.

Rahul is a graduate of Symbiosis Law College. His areas of practice include Banking & Finance, M&A/PE, IPR and Technology laws.

He joined SNG in August 2009 prior to which he was working with Pune-based firm TechJuris. He did his Masters from National University of Singapore.

Devyani, who is a graduate of Campus Law Centre, joined SNG in October 2007 and is part of the corporate practice group. Prior to joining SNG, she worked with Suman Khaitan & Co for a year.

Last year, SNG & Partners, headed by Rajesh Narain Gupta and S N Gupta & Co, headed by Sanjay Gupta merged their corporate & real estate transaction practice and litigation practice respectively into a combined entity to create a full service law firm ‘SNG & Partners’.
