S&R Associates Delhi Corporate Partner Rajat Sethi has recently relocated to Mumbai to further boost the firm’s existing M&A and Private Equity practice.

Speaking on this decision, Rajat says, “We work as one firm and I will continue to work on Delhi matters.”

“The M&A and PE practice has been a prominent practice area of the firm for the last five years. The idea is to give it a push. So, we took this strategic decision of my relocating to further increase our client base in Mumbai”, he added.

The firm’s first office was set up in Delhi in 2005, and “it is and will continue to be a prominent office as a part of our one firm approach”, says Rajat. He adds that “on many matters, we service clients from both offices.”

The Delhi office has five Partners.

The Mumbai office was set up in 2010 and now has three partners with Rajat relocating to Mumbai.
