Thottathil B Radhakrishnan J. appointed Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana High Court

Justice Thottathil B Radhakrishnan has been appointed Chief Justice of High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Notification to that effect was issued today. He has to assume office on or before July 16, 2018.

Justice Radhakrishnan is currently serving as the Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court. He enrolled at the Bar in 1983 before being elevated as judge of Kerala High Court. He served as acting Chief Justice of Kerala High Court twice – from May 13, 2016 to August 1, 2016 and from February 16, 2017 till March 2017.

He was sworn in as Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court on March 18, 2017.
