We want to be Asia’s best by 2025 – Cyril Amarchand unveils new logo

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas today unveiled its logo at a launch event held at Four Seasons in Mumbai on the occasion of the firm’s first Founder’s Day.

Cyril Shroff also announced his heavy weight ‘strategic advisory board’ which includes external market advisers.

Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, said,

“[W]hile we are unveiling a new identity, the values and the principles that we have internalized are nearly a hundred years old but continue to be relevant and important today. It is like a reincarnation as we take this new identity but with same legacy into a new dawn. It reflects our aspiration to be the top legal services firm from Asia by 2025.”

The advisory board includes Narayana Murthy, founder of Infosys; Deepak Parekh, Chairman of HDFC; Uday Kotak, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Kotak Mahindra; Dr. Janmejaya Sinha, Chairman Boston Consultancy Group – Asia Pacific and Umakanth Varottil, Assistant Professor at National University of Singapore and former Partner of Amarchand Mangaldas.

According to the release, the Strategic Advisory Board will guide the Firm on vision, overall direction and strategy, and also advise the Firm’s leadership to identify new opportunities.

Cyril Shroff added,

“Each member will bring unique perspectives. We look forward to leveraging their expertise and believe their inputs will be extremely beneficial to the Firm”.
