ALMT, IC Universal, SAM, DD, Indus lead on Stellapps Technologies $14 million fund raise

Omnivore-backed agritech startup Stellapps Technologies has raised $14 million in one of the largest equity funding rounds led by Gates Foundation and IndusAge Partners, among others.

ALMT Legal, Bangalore, acted for Stellapps Technologies with a team led by Partners Satish Srinivasan and Arindam Basu along with Senior Associate Sandhya Bhaskar and Associate Sanjeev Kumar.

IC Universal Legal advised Indusage, the lead investor in the transaction. The team was led by Chennai Partner Sameena Chatrapathy along with Principal Associate Kavita Pancholi, Senior Associate Alpna Arya and Associate Abhinaya MV.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas acted for 500 Startups with a team led by Principal Associate Vinayak Mishra and Associate Vidushi Gupta.

Desai & Diwanji advised Omnivore Capital with a team led by Partner Siddharth Mody along with Senior Associate Rahul Deodhar.

IndusLaw represented ABB Technology Ventures and the team was led by Partner Suneeth Katarki along with Principal Associate Jinni Sinha and Associate Subhro Sengupta.

The funds raised will be used for monitoring the quantity and quality of milk, storage facilities, creating wearable devices for tracking cattle health and infrastructure for housing the cattle, reported ET.
