ALMT Legal, K Law act on Kappi Machines funds and partnership with Sedna HoReCa

Kaapi Machines (India) Private Limited has secured ₹50 crore from Sedna Horeca Private Limited, while also entering into a strategic partnership.

ALMT Legal, Bangalore advised Kaapi Machines and its shareholders and on the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Rajat Bopaiah (Senior Partner) and Gunjan Jain (Associate).

The transaction was led by Shwetambari Rao (Co-Managing Partner) and Christopher Rao (Partner), along with Nidhi Acharya (Senior Associate) and Shreya R Acharya (Associate).

Kaapi Machines is a leading coffee equipment provider, engaged in the sale, installation, maintenance and servicing of coffee equipment and appliances, catering to hotels, cafés, offices, dealers and other commercial establishments across India.

Kaapi Machines and Sedna have entered into a partnership to expand the former’s product portfolio, strengthen its manufacturing capabilities, and improve its technology stack, warehousing, and service infrastructure.
