Antares Legal assists Indigrid Technology on raising fresh funds

Indigrid Technology Pvt Ltd. has raised ₹40 crore from ITI Growth Opportunities Fund, Xenon Trust, Valour Capital Trust, and Global South Capital Fund I.

Antares Legal advised Indigrid Technology on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Arjun Anand (Partner) and Vivek Jha (Partner), with support from Karann Damani (Senior Associate).

Indigrid Technology is an electronics design and manufacturing company specializing in embedded systems, PCB assemblies, and product-level electronic solutions.
