Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advises Elevation Capital on ₹963 crore PayTM share sale

Elevation Capital V Limited has made a sale of equity shares of One97 Communications Limited (parent company of PayTM) on the NSE and BSE for an aggregate consideration of ₹963.6 crore.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Elevation Capital and its affiliates on this share sale.

The transaction team was led by Ravi Dubey (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - West); with support from Adwait Deshmukh (Senior Associate) and Khushi Parekh (Associate).
