Info Edge takes over Coding Ninjas; Saraf and Partners advises

Info Edge (India) Limited has acquired the remaining stake in Sunrise Mentors Private Limited, dba Coding Ninjas.

Saraf and Partners advised Info Edge on this acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Vaibhav Kakkar (Senior Partner), along with Snigdhaneel Satpathy (Partner) and Debarpan Ghosh (Partner), and consisted of Associates Sonia Mangtani and Nikhil Surana.

The Firm had advised Info Edge in 2022 when the Company became a majority stakeholder in Coding Ninjas.

The transaction is significant for Info Edge as it consolidates full ownership of Coding Ninjas and strengthens its position in the ed-tech and career-skilling ecosystem. The acquisition enables closer integration of Coding Ninjas with Info Edge's flagship recruitment platform, Naukri, unlocking business synergies and long-term growth opportunities.
