Private Equity giant Carlyle Group has sold its majority stake in Cyberoam Technologies to Sophos Ltd, a developer and vendor of security software and hardware.

J. Sagar Associates advised Carlyle Group and the Management Shareholders of Cyberoam, a leading unified threat management/network security solutions (UTM) company headquartered in Ahmedabad.

The JSA team was led by Partners Somasekhar Sundaresan and Vikram Raghani along with Senior Associate Anand Lakra and Associate Bir Bahadur Singh Sachar.
