Kanga & Co act on SRIT proposed IPO

SRIT India Limited has proposed an Initial Public Offer of 16,800,000 equity shares. The draft papers filed by the Company received SEBI clearance on June 19, 2026.

Kanga & Co is advising SRIT as well as the Book Running Lead Manager, Choice Capital Advisors Private Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team consists of Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner), Pooja Sharma (Associate Partner) and Associates Siddharth Jani and Seerat Khera.

SRIT has a track record of twenty-six years in designing, implementing and operating digital platforms for government entities and enterprises in India and select overseas markets. The Company has successfully implemented large-scale, mission-critical projects for both central and state government bodies across India.
