Kanga & Co assists Krishna Buildspace on IPO

Krishna Buildspace Limited has proposed an Initial Public Offering of equity shares, comprising a fresh issue of up to 9,000,000 equity Shares and an offer for sale of up to 900,000 equity shares.

Kanga & Co is advising the issuer Krishna Buildspace and the Book Running Lead Manager, Mefcom Capital Markets Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner), Pooja Sharma (Associate Partner) with support from Associates Siddharth Jani, Divyansh Minocha, Seerat Khera, Kartikeya Anshu and Harshit Babbar.

Krishna Buildspace has established a track record of successfully executing a diverse mix of construction projects. They have been entrusted with projects from various Governments bodies such as the Central Public Works Departments, public sector construction and engineering enterprises such as Wapcos Limited and National Projects Construction Corporation Limited.
