Legacy Law Offices acts on Apsis Aerocom IPO

Apsis Aerocom Limited has concluded its Initial Public Offering for an entirely book-built offer for 32,52,000 fresh shares aggregating to approximately ₹35.77 crore.

Legacy Law Offices advised and acted as the legal counsel for Apsis Aerocom and the Book Running Lead Manager, Oneview Corporate Advisors Private Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Pradyun Chakravarty (Associate Partner), with support from Naman Anand (Counsel), Associates Gayatri Bansal, Samiksha Gawali and Pallash Pamnani.

Apsis Aerocom is a Bengaluru-based company engaged in the field of precision engineering, with primary focus on manufacture of components and allied services for the aerospace, defence and healthcare industries.

The IPO received was oversubscribed by a 129 times and opened with a solid listing gain of 39%. making it the 3rd best SME IPO (by listing gains) of the year so far.
