Legacy Law Offices acts on ATS Techno IPO

ATS Techno Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) on the National Stock Exchange Emerge platform for an entirely book-built offer for 66,00,000 fresh shares.

Legacy Law Offices advised and acted as the legal counsel for ATS Techno on this IPO.
