Mann Fleet Partners Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 80,10,000 shares, comprising a fresh offer of 64,10,000 shares and an Offer for Sale of 16,00,000 shares.

Legacy Law Offices advised and acted as the Indian legal counsel for Mann Fleet Partners on this IPO.

The deal was led by Gagan Anand (Managing Partner) and Vandana Randhawa (Director).

The IPO transaction team was led by Pradyun Chakravarty (Associate Partner) with support from Naman Anand (Associate), Swati Choudhary (Associate), Gayatri Bansal (Associate), and Sayed Anas (Associate).

General Corporate advice was provided by Amarendra Gogoi (Partner).

Mann Fleet Partners is engaged in the business of providing ultra-luxury, luxury, premium, and economy car rental services, delivering solutions to corporates, governments, embassies, travel agencies, retail clients, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) for their transportation needs. Mann has provided chauffeur services in 83 cities spanning across India, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and England, of which 80 cities are in India, through a mix of owned and fleet vehicles operated by vendors.

Some of the key events handled by Mann include the G20 Summit, the State visit of US Vice President JD Vance, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the World Air Transport Summit. Other clients include Kolkata Knight Riders, Chennai Super Kings, Pernod Ricard, Indigo Paints Ltd, Indigo Airlines, Reliance Industries Ltd, and the Thai and Philippine Embassies.
