Legacy Law Offices advises Xtranet Technologies on ₹190 crore IPO

Legacy Law Offices LLP has advised Xtranet Technologies Ltd. on its proposed initial public offering, with the company filing its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Mainboard for a fully book-built issue of ₹190 crore.

The transaction team was led by Associate Partner Pradyun Chakravarty, supported by Nandish Munjal (Senior Associate), Naman Anand (Associate), and Sayed Anas (Associate).

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, Xtranet Technologies is an integrated information technology solutions provider. The company offers end-to-end services across enterprise applications, digital services, managed services, proprietary platforms, and strategic technology partnerships.
