US-headquartered technology consulting firm Customertimes Corp. has established its India operations through a wholly owned subsidiary, marking the company’s formal expansion into the Indian market.

Rishabh Gandhi and Advocates advised Customertimes on the establishment of its Indian subsidiary, including corporate structuring, incorporation under Indian company law, and regulatory compliance related to foreign investment and exchange control.

The mandate involved advising on the set-up of the Indian entity as a wholly owned subsidiary of the US parent, structuring the investment framework, and assisting with the corporate and regulatory processes required for commencing operations in India. The firm also assisted with foreign exchange regulatory compliance, RBI-related filings associated with inbound investment, and post-incorporation regulatory processes, and continues to advise Customertimes on an ongoing legal retainership basis in connection with its India operations.
