Saga Legal acts on Dr. Doodley pre-Series A fundraise

Dr. Doodley has raised $3.3 million (₹30 crore) from a pre-Series A fundraise, comprising a mix of equity and debt, led by V3 Ventures, with participation from Campus Fund, Thackersey Family Office, and angel investors.

Saga Legal advised Dr. Doodley on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Neeraj Vyas (Partner), Ayush Maheshwari (Senior Associate), Associates Mehak Chadha and Cyril Scaria Chacko.

Dr. Doodley is a Bengaluru-based pet healthcare startup that delivers hospital-level veterinary services directly at home. It offers expert veterinary care and advanced treatments, aiming to provide compassionate and convenient pet healthcare.

Over the next 12 months, Dr. Doodley plans to expand to seven hospitals by opening four new facilities in Bellandur, Indiranagar, Rajajinagar, and North Bengaluru. During this period, the startup aims to treat more than 1,00,000 pets and increase its veterinary team to over 100 doctors.

It also plans to launch 30-minute vet-at-home services and introduce a flat ₹10,000 pricing model for surgeries across procedures.
