Saga Legal, DSK Legal, NKR Law act on Enerzolve fundraise

Enerzolve Smart Technologies has raised $5.1 million (approx. ₹45 crore) from a fundraise co-led by Jungle Ventures and Kae Capital, with participation from several angel investors.

Saga Legal advised Enerzolve on this fundraise.

DSK Legal advised lead investor Jungle Ventures on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Nakul Batra (Partner), Palak Sehgal (Principal Associate), Devbrat Singh (Senior Associate), Aankhi Anwesha (Senior Associate), and Utkarsh Sharma (Associate).

NKR Law Offices advised lead investor Kae Capital on this fundraise.

Enerzolve is a deep tech energy startup, which builds embedded hardware and firmware solutions for power utilities.

The funding will enable Enerzolve to deepen its IP in silicon, firmware, and power electronics, expand its engineering and product teams, set up pilot manufacturing and certification for key products, and scale business development with utilities, EPC contractors, private discoms, and storage developers.
