Abakkus Four2Eight Opportunities Fund has made a structured private equity investment of ₹100 crores in Ekkaa Electronics (India) Limited.

Saraf and Partners advised Abakkus on this investment deal.

The transaction team was lead by Adil Ladha (Partner) and comprised Sakshi Saraogi (Principal Associate), Associates Disha Lohiya, Abhishek Jasuja, and Siddhant Rathod.

Ekkaa Electronics is one of India’s fast-growing leaders in the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) sector, specializing in the design, development, and end-to-end manufacturing of consumer electronics and home appliances.

The new capital will support the Company's strategic growth plan to expand its manufacturing footprint and scale production lines.
