S&R, Khaitan lead on Eros International merger with Hollywood filmmaker STX Entertainment

Eros International, a global Indian entertainment company is merging with US-based STX Entertainment in a share-swap deal to create an independent content production and distribution company - Eros STX Global Corporation.
