Touchstone Partners acts on Easy Home Finance ₹275 crore Series C fundraise

Easy Home Finance has raised ₹275 crore from a Series C fundraise led by Investcorp, with participation from its existing investors Claypond & SMBC.

Touchstone Partners advised lead investor Investcorp on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Pranay Bagdi (Partner), Kajal Advani (Senior Associate), Associates Rajvee Bavishi, Shreya Srivastava and Shruti Mishra.

Karam Daulet-Singh (Managing Partner) provided support.

Founded in 2017, Easy Home Finance is a technology-driven housing finance company offering affordable home loan and mortgage solutions, designed to reduce paperwork and accelerate the approval process.

The freshly raised funds will help the Company in accelerating expansion across new markets.
