Universal Legal acts on Oncare Series A fundraise

Aedos Health Solutions Pvt Ltd, dba Oncare, has raised ₹27 crore from a Series A fundraise led by Sky Impact Capital, with participation from Huddle Ventures, Lotus Herbal Group, Steerx, and Tremis Capital.

Universal Legal advised lead investor Sky Impact Capital on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner).

Founded in 2023 by Amar Sneh and Deepak Kumar, Oncare is a Gurugram-based healthcare startup that specializes in providing advanced and personalized cancer care services. The company focuses on delivering high-quality, transparent, and affordable cancer treatments supported by the latest research and clinical trials.

The funds will support the company's expansion plans.
