Universal Legal advises Advy Biosciences on acquisition of DiabetOmics Medical

Advy Biosciences has acquired DiabetOmics Medical Private Limited, now rebranded as Advy BioLucent Private Limited.

Universal Legal advised Advy Biosciences on this acquisition.

The transaction was led by Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner), with support on real estate aspects from Neha Sehgal (Partner) and Angshuman Chaliha (Associate Partner).

Through this acquisition, Advy has secured a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Medak, near Hyderabad, strengthening its medical device production and CDMO partnerships.
