Universal Legal advises CloudSEK on partial exit of early investor with 13x returns

CloudSEK Research Pte Ltd has facilitated a partial exit of their first institutional investor Exfinity Venture Partners by delivering a 13x multiple on invested capital and an internal rate of return of more than 40%, through a secondary sale to existing investors.

Universal Legal advised CloudSEK on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner).

CloudSEK is an AI-native predictive cyber intelligence platform that identifies attack paths and initial access vectors before they are exploited.

Exfinity will continue holding a significant stake in the Company.
