Gorilla Technology Group Inc. has increased its strategic investment in Astrikos.AI, the Bengaluru, India-based, real-time infrastructure intelligence company.

Universal Legal advised Gorilla Tech on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner), Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner) and Ruchita Krishnan (Senior Associate).

This investment strengthens Gorilla Tech's AI infrastructure and real-time intelligence capabilities across key markets, and deepens its operational and commercial relationship with Astrikos.AI.
