UK Universities York, Liverpool, Bristol to open India Campuses; CMS INDUSLAW Advises

CMS INDUSLAW advised Erulearning Solutions Private Limited on the establishment of three campuses in India for the University of York, the University of Liverpool and the University of Bristol through separate joint venture arrangements.

The Firm also advised on the lease arrangements for the campus properties in connection with the establishment of the campuses.

Under India's National Education Policy, three UK universities are setting up campuses in the country, bringing British degrees closer to home for Indian students.

The University of York is establishing a campus in Mumbai, offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The University of Bristol is opening an Enterprise Campus, also in Mumbai. The University of Liverpool is setting up its campus in Bengaluru.
