Veritas Legal, Mediums act on ADM Group acquiring Bangkok-based CCSA

ADM Joinflex India Private Limited (ADM Group) has acquired a controlling stake in Bangkok-based C.C.S. Advance Tech Company Limited (CCSA) in a cross-border transaction, resulting in a transfer of management control.

Veritas Legal advised and assisted ADM Joinflex on this acquisition. The Firm provided comprehensive legal support, including conducting legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of definitive transaction documents as well as advising on closing mechanics and completion of the transaction.

Abhijit Joshi (Founding and Managing Partner) provided strategic inputs and overall guidance on the deal.

The transaction team consisted of Manav Raheja (Senior Partner, Corporate), Jhinook Roy (Partner, Banking & Finance), Nainaaz Irani (Partner, Real Estate), Kapeesh Grover (Senior Associate), Akriti Gupta (Senior Associate), Associates Aryan Mehta, Ishan Mhapsekar and Sumanyu Mohanty.

Thailand-based Mediums advised CCSA and their majority shareholders on this transaction.

The transaction was led by Peerasanti Somritutai (Partner) and Chavisa Jinanarong (Senior Associate), with assistance from Associates Chayakorn Boonsri and Sunantha Thungla.

C.C.S. Advance Tech Company is a vertically integrated "One Stop Manufacturing Company" based in Bangkok, Thailand. The company specializes in manufacturing machinery parts and offers services including CNC turning/machining, metal stamping, plastic molding, mold/die design and manufacturing, jigs/fixtures production, and precision equipment parts manufacturing.

This acquisition marks the entry of ADM Group into the Thai machinery manufacturing market.
