AZB Real Estate Partner Nitin Saluja joins Saraf and Partners

Saraf and Partners has further strengthened its Real Estate practice with the appointment of Nitin Saluja as a Partner in its Delhi office.

Saluja is a 2015 graduate of University of Lucknow.

He has extensive experience advising private equity funds, real estate developers, financial institutions and multinational corporations on complex real estate transactions and advisory matters. His experience spans commercial, retail, residential, industrial, institutional and special economic zone assets.

He advises on acquisitions and investments, debt financing, leasing, joint development and collaboration arrangements, and other real estate transactions involving both operating assets and development-stage projects across multiple real estate asset classes.

His broader practice includes undertaking complex title and project due diligence, advising on real estate regulatory and structuring matters including under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), stamp duty and registration laws, and matters relating to emerging real estate asset classes including co-working and co-living.

Saluja joins from AZB & Partners, where he started as an Associate in 2015 and has now exited as a Partner.
