Juris Prime Law Services has announced the induction of Srihari Alluri and Dr. Radha Penmatsa as Partners, further strengthening the firm's capabilities in Dispute Resolution and Healthcare & Medico-Legal Practice, respectively.

Alluri has over 16 years of legal experience across litigation, arbitration, insolvency, banking, and civil and commercial disputes. His practice includes advising government organisations and private sector clients across Andhra Pradesh/Telengana on complex litigation and regulatory matters. Throughout his career, he has represented multinational corporations, domestic businesses, and government entities on commercial disputes, contractual frameworks, regulatory advisory, commercial leasing, and business risk mitigation. He has also led property leasing and compliance functions at a national level, combining strong litigation expertise with commercial insight.

Prior to joining Juris Prime, he served as a Partner at TLH (Formerly known as Tatva Legal, Hyderabad). He has also been associated with Fox Mandal and served as an in-house counsel with a leading omni-channel retail company.

Dr. Radha's practice focuses on healthcare laws, medico-legal advisory, medical negligence, patient rights, medical ethics, healthcare compliance, professional liability, clinical documentation, risk management, insurance-related disputes, and regulatory matters affecting hospitals, healthcare providers, insurers, and healthcare professionals. Her combined expertise in medicine, healthcare management, insurance, and law enables her to provide clients with practical, commercially sound, and legally robust solutions to complex medico-legal issues.

She has over a decade of leadership experience in the healthcare sector, having served as General Manager at Good Health Plan Ltd. (GHPL) and later as Insurance Head at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
