Swathi Girimaji moves from Bharucha & Partners to S&R Associates

Swathi Girimaji has joined S&R Associates as a Partner in Bengaluru.

Girimaji is a 2010 graduate of Bangalore University. She earned her LLM from The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2011.

With 15 years of experience, she is a corporate transactions lawyer specializing in M&A and venture capital investments. She has deep cross-sector expertise across telecom, fintech, ed-tech, and cosmetics, routinely shepherding startups through their entire lifecycle—from seed rounds to late-stage exits. Alongside her primary transactional focus, she advises businesses on general corporate governance and employment matters.

Prior to joining S&R Associates, Girimaji served as a Partner and Practice Lead - VC and Growth Stage Investments at Bharucha & Partners.

Girimaji is joining S&R Associates with a team of Associates – Bhanusri S., Theertha Aiyappa, Poorna Shree A. and Madhav Sirohi.
