ALMT Legal advises Ascent Growth Trust on majority stake investment in Pivot Path

Ascent Growth Trust and Vintage Classic Limited have acquired a majority stake in Pivot Path Private Limited, through a purchase of shares from Strides Pharma Science Limited and a fresh infusion into Pivot Path Private Limited.

ALMT Legal, Bangalore advised Ascent Growth Trust and Vintage Classic on the transaction.

The transaction was led by Dhanya Menon (Senior Partner), with support from Associates Prakhar Agarwal and Surabhi Srinivasan.

The transaction team also conducted due diligence with assistance from Associates Mridula Ponappa and Adhithyaa Vishal.
